The 110/220 volt Supershear is designed for processing in a single location. The hydraulic unit is mounted on a two wheeled cart with 10 inch pneumatic tires. Source power can be either 110 volt
single phase or 220 volt single phase. All three models come standard with 23 feet of braided hydraulic hose. This will usually be enough to reach three process stations side-by-side. We can add additional hose to the unit for a small additional cost. The 2hp electric motor delivers 3000-3500 psi to the cutting head for superior cutting. The patented Supershear cutting head is controlled via a two button switch handle located below the head to facilitate a one man operation. Voltage to the switch handle is reduced to 24 VDC via a electronic module for operator safety. The 220 volt requires less amperage during use and is always recommended if your facility has the necessary power supply.
