The gas Supershear is design as a self contained unit which doesn't require either source power or battery recharge. Powered by a GX 270 Honda electric start engine the gas Supershear can be taken throughout your yard to remove cats where it serves you best. As with all three models, the Gas Supershear comes mounted on a two wheel cart with 10 inch pnuematic tires. It comes standard with 23 feet of braided hydraulic hose attached to the patented Supershear cutting head. A two-button switch handle below the cutting head facilitates a one man operation for safety. The GX 270 generates 8 horse power at 3600* rpm driving a 1.2 GPM pump to deliver 3500 psi pressure to the cutting head. The pressure is regulated and controlled via a pressure relief valve and manifold system attached to the cart. We ship with the battery for the electric start and the battery is recharged via the Honda magneto.
